Youth is a time of life when one is looking for entertainment. As a youngster, you may not realize but each day you are creating the steps for your future. Someone said that youth is wasted in passion and wisdom comes too late. It is such a true statement as youth has the energy to change the world, but it cannot as it has no wisdom. And in old age one may have wisdom but there is no energy left in the body or mind.

Most youngsters do not know themselves. And this is the biggest challenge for a youngster as this simple statement affects all parts of a person’s life – education, career, relationships, and marriage. Unless you know yourself, you can never find success in this world. This applies to people of all ages but as the youth have energy it is easy for them to transform. Man is a creature of habits and as he gets older, his habits get engraved into his mind and he becomes a slave of them.

For example, your father might want you to become a software engineer, but until you know yourself you will not be able to look into his eyes and convince him that you want to do something else. This is nothing but clarity of heart and mind which will come only when one does Yogic practices. I know the youth will take Yoga casually. This is the tragedy- One discovers Yoga when it is too late and thinks to him self- “I wish I had started Yoga when I was younger.

I would have been happier, healthier, fitter and more beautiful.” This is what most film stars say to me all the time! Just 20 min a day is enough to make a difference to your life. The as an as and pranayama taught in Yoga may look boring, but as you practice them you will see the following benefits.

1. Your eyes will be brighter. They will sparkle.

2. Your skin will glow.

3. Your body will slim down.

4. Your concentration and focus will go up.

5. You will need less sleep in a day and you will be fresh every morning.

6. Just a twenty minutes of studies a day will be good enough for you to absorb the same information that you take one hour to learn. How does all this happen? The answer is simple – Yoga makes your body healthy and also clears your mind. Making your body fit can be done in the gym but clarity of mind is something only Yoga can do. Yoga removes your stress and your tension. Once you have clarity of mind, everything falls into place. Your career. Your relationships. Your life.

Clothes For Exercise

Proper clothing for exercise is important. This is because there are many aspects of the outer body that we should take care of while exercising. An easy example of this is sweat. When we do not wear a proper shirt the sweat can dry on our chest that can lead to the development of cold and fever. It may also give arise to many sinus problems.

According to some studies that were conducted recently, it was found that 60% of Americans are not doing the minimum daily exercise needed. Furthermore, the study discovered that out of this population, over 25% were such that their physical movements were almost negligible.

However, since our lifestyles have grown to be such that our paychecks come from sitting in an office chair all day, most people need some sort of alternative that does not ask them to spend 9 hours a week in the gym.

With pants and shorts it’s good to have a stretchable waistband that does not hinder your activity in any way. It’s also important to have fabric that removes skin moisture here too. As far as shorts are concerned, be sure that they are long enough to prevent rubbing of the thighs and chafing as you go through your exercise routine.

Proper shoes: Wearing correct shoes for an activity is very important. You won’t be able to perform a workout if you are not wearing the right shoes. If you are planning for a weight-training and other low-impact activities routine then you should prefer to wear jogging or cross-training shoes. For running, walking or jogging, wear running shoes. The bottom line is that you wear appropriate shoes that are designed for each activity. There are many exercises like running jogging etc. that must not be performed without shoes.

Nowadays, there are a few body building clothes which are pretty costly and are assured to cause concerns in your budget for the people who lack such investments in those types of clothes. Even though the costlier brands have lots of publicity, there are even a few inexpensive brands which are as much as effective and are very well in the budget of an average person looking for good body building clothes.

If you are a professional body builder who enters competitions then it is also important to show off your body as much as possible, though in a very tasteful way. For this reason it is important to consider swim suits in a complimentary colour that shows off your sculpted body as best as possible.

However, you must keep in mind that fitness or bodybuilding do cost a considerable amount of money, although, they will never be able to produce muscle content on their own, this is something that the individual must attend to himself or herself. Of course, there are people who wear what they wear because someone else is wearing the same outfit or the same type of clothing.
